OneVastra is an ERP platform designed for:

• Wholesale businesses
• Manufacturing and inventory management

Services include billing, inventory, reports, barcode management, integrations, and business automation tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not misuse or attempt to damage the system
• Not share access with unauthorized users

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Account & Access

• Account access is provided after onboarding and payment (as applicable).
• OneVastra reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse, security risk, or violation of terms.
• Sharing or reselling access without permission is prohibited.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Pricing is as per the agreed quotation or plan.
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Delayed or failed payments may lead to suspension of services.
• Feature upgrades or additional modules may be charged separately.

6. Data Ownership

• All business data entered into OneVastra belongs to the customer.
• OneVastra does not claim ownership over your data.
• Customers are responsible for data accuracy and compliance.

7. Service Availability

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance windows, upgrades, or third-party service issues may cause temporary downtime.
• OneVastra is not liable for business losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneVastra and Technfest IT Solution shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss due to user negligence
• Third-party service failures (hosting, internet, WhatsApp APIs, etc.)

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated
• System misuse or abuse is detected
• Legal or compliance requirements demand action

Users may request account closure by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, logos, content, and platform features of OneVastra are the intellectual property of Technfest IT Solution.
• Unauthorized copying, reselling, or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
